We guarantee our paint will match the color you ordered. Please verify your color prior to ordering. We can’t accept returns because you requested the wrong color.
We mix each order by hand per the OEM formulation. We usually get it right the first time, but if you attempt to fix a chip and the color is definitely off, we will be happy to send you another bottle at no charge. If we can’t get it right, we’ll refund your purchase price upon return of the kit – guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: Some colors will look very differently in the bottle than when they are applied to the car and blended. Please complete a few chip repairs before determining the color is off. You can always remove the paint from the chip if it doesn’t match.
We reserve the right to accept returns for issues other than color match.
We operate a small business and can’t afford to accept returns for any reason like Walmart. However, we are also consumers, and understand the frustration of buying a product that just doesn’t work right. We will make every attempt to make you a satisfied customer, because that’s what ultimately helps grow our business. Work with us, we’ll certainly work with you. We provide as much information as we can on the website to help ensure you purchase your kit for the right type of damage – primarily typical stone chip repair.
We have a 30-day limit on product returns, so please try your kit out soon after receipt.
Replacement & Return Process
In the event your paint color is off, we may request you provide a photo of the paint smeared flat on your vehicle, which is often all we need to make formulation adjustments. We may also request a sample of your paint to help us remix it with your guidance. This will ensure we don’t send you the same mismatched color again. IF we request a sample, we’ll ask that you dab some paint on white card stock and smear it flat in a 2″x2″ minimum square so we can properly evaluate it.
Please print and complete the return form (pdf) if sending the paint sample / bottle to us (we will figure out which one we need when we discuss it.)
Return only the paint bottle if we request it, not the entire kit. We will likely only need a good sample. For returns or replacements, call or email us first to get a return authorization number to include on this form. That way, we know who you are and what the problem is when we receive the package. If you simply mail the product back to us without communicating first, it will just confuse and delay an expedient remedy.
